I kept passing this awesome smoke tree in my neighborhood and wanted one for my very own. Alas, my property is too small to house such a speciman. Then, one day, through the mail came an offer I couldn't refuse. A smoke bush!!! Compact in size and still grows the same beautiful smoke blooms as it's counter part, the tree. I ordered one and can't wait to plant. Any body out there have one, see one or want one? LEt me know!!

Caring for my hollyhocks

My hollyhocks have already bloomed and I'm not sure what to do now. Do I cut the tall stalks or do I leave them. I know that they reseed so just leave them and cut in the fall? I need some expert ( or not so expert) advice. HELP!!
