Yesterday was such a beautiful day here in our little city of Woodvillage Oregon. The sun was shining so me and my husband Scott decided it was time to start cleaning off the porches and getting ready to plant our container garden next week:) I do have 2 hostas that i love coming up and we went out and bought a beautiful French Lavender and some candytuft.I also am going to plant some Shaster Daisys. Next week we will go flower shopping and start planting. I will be taking pictures and posting them:) Happy Gardening to all of you:)

Our small City of Woodvillage Oregon has just appoved a community garden. So being as passionate about gardening as myself and husband are will be starting our five by seven plot on May first. We are starting out small for this will be our first venture gardening in a community garden:)We will be starting out with cherry tomatoes, and bigboy, Zuccunie squash, cucumbers, carrots, and some chives. If we have enough room left will be planting some wildflowers which me and my husband love. I will be blogging offend about all the change's that our community garden will be going though:)

Container Garden

Category: My Garden | Posted: Sun Nov 22, 2009 4:37 am

I live in a small condo with my husband and we both love to garden. We only have porches and no grass to plant in the ground so we started a container garden. We have been doing it for the last 3 years and we love it. I love you can use all shapes and sizes of containers. You also can use different colors. Just make sure you don't make it to tacky or to busy with the colors.Next year I am going to start a secret garden. I will keep you all posted on my plans. Here is the Lavender and Candytuft we bought yesterday:)
