Terriaki chicken sounds good Sjoerd. One of my faves. We're having last night dinners tonight as we wern't up to a meal last night.
Rainbow trout with basmatti rice, greek zucchini and a green salad. And some baking today. Maple Cream sandwich cookies, Nut Butter cookies and some Blueberry Saskatoon bran muffins.
Please do I'll make something wonderful and chocolatey for your Bride as well. Maybe some homemade ice cream to go with it?
You are making me weak in the knees, Mel. It all sounds so disturbingly delicious. Canada has talent…KITCHEN talent.
Homemade pierogies tonight. Gluten free and squash filling for me, and normal dough with potato, cheese, and caramellized onion for Hubby. Sides of saurkraut, green onion, cheddar, bacon and sourcream.
Swiss chard with goat cheese mixed through, salmon and mashed potatos with crème fraîche stirred through. Ice cream.

Now that is one clever idea! I would never have thought of that. I will definitely be trying that next time. Thank you.
Simple supper of chicken drumsticks, baked potato ( wee yam for me), salad and cream corn. I baked a a Maple Cream cake for my neighbour friend. She has her 79th B Day tomorrow. She must go to town tomorrow, but will stop by to collect on her way home, so it is in a transporter. She gave me some flower seeds that I've sown, and her BDay present will be an empty flower pot that I will fill for her once they grow
