Please do :) I'll make something wonderful and chocolatey for your Bride as well. Maybe some homemade ice cream to go with it?

Homemade pierogies tonight. Gluten free and squash filling for me, and normal dough with potato, cheese, and caramellized onion for Hubby. Sides of saurkraut, green onion, cheddar, bacon and sourcream.

Yes it is, Mel. I wanted to write “feta cheese” but simply could not think of the word. Blush.

No blushing. :) I've seen little packages of "goat cheese" at the grocery but never tried it. I grew up milking goats and having goats milk, so I think if I smelled it my mind would go back to the barnyard. hahaha nope. But I do love feta. I'm going to try that with the swiss chard. Do you add anything else to it?
I have used feta with zucchini chunks and some italian spices.

Mel your combination sounds very tasty to me. I eat a lot of courgettes, so I shall keep this tip in mind.
A dash of salt, a bit of allesbinder (corn/potato starch) to bind it so that it doesn’t leak on the plate and run into the other components and a nob of butter.

Now that is one clever idea! I would never have thought of that. I will definitely be trying that next time. Thank you. :)

Simple supper of chicken drumsticks, baked potato ( wee yam for me), salad and cream corn.

I baked a a Maple Cream cake for my neighbour friend. She has her 79th B Day tomorrow. She must go to town tomorrow, but will stop by to collect on her way home, so it is in a transporter. She gave me some flower seeds that I've sown, and her BDay present will be an empty flower pot that I will fill for her once they grow
