Description: This is your edible bay, the Mediterranean bay or Greek Bay, that has an incredible flavor if used fresh. If used dry it is nothing but roughage!! Simply place one or two leaves between the skin of chicken breast and meat, place down on heating surface ( want the oils to be released into meat so that is why ) and cook. Oils go into meat and nice fresh flavor of Sweet Bay is wonderful. Drizzle little fresh lemon juice over prior to serving to bring out flavor.
