Description: This beautiful herb is not only edible but acutally adds motion to your garden. The willy wispy leaves, fern like, will waft in the gentlest of winds and with sun on them you get a beautiful array of colors and hues. A delight to any landscape courtesy of the world of herbs. For cooking simply place a fish filet over top of branch of bronze fennel and the flavors embed in the filet. Garnish with few fresh wisps to add delightful reddish hue against the white fish background.
