    Dunno.

But we're having this again on Sunday.
I've yet to choose, chips, rice, or spaghetti.

Ta Loggie. No, it was just frozen and heated-up with onion snippers.

    And some football on tv.

Taco time! This was my first attempt at making corn tortillas.

I also made some whole wheat bread, with molasses, pecans, and figs, and wheat germ on the top. I think the dough hook helps a lot.

Our go-to when we are feeling tired or lazy:

Pasta with sausage chunks, sauteed zucchini & spinach with a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese on top.

Cayu— that sounds like a top meal. We eat variations of that here frequently, especially in the summer.

Congratulations Daniel!! I have yet to use mine. Soon I hope. How did you enjoy them? We increased the masa recipe once by a half, and then did some prerolling before pressing to get a bit larger ones. I haven't done it since, but they turned out good. The last time I made the masa tortilla's I overcooked and they were a bit chewy. But excited to try again. :) Looks great!
