Breaded plaice with baked potato, sweet corn, grated raw beetroot and a side salad of tomato and spring onions and a lump of strong cheddar cheese, hubby has 2 wholemeal sliced bread spread with a veg spread called Vitalite.

 

Chicken and salad wrap ( red cabbage, tomatoes, grated carrots, lettuce, red onions and yellow peppers) with Sweet Chilli Sauce.

 

It’s taco Tuesday..

 

Chicken burger with own beans and some pasta twists.

 

Salmon with potatoes and a mixed bean salad.

 

Vegetarian mince with onions, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas, sprouts and gravy.

 

Fusilli, runner beans and Italian bratwurst.
