    Sjoerd, I hope you get just the perfect amount of rain.
    We too are promised rain and I hope for it. Otherwise,
    I have to water tomorrow with the collected rain water,
    and I have other chores planned.

    We got some rain...but not much. Ach--it's better than naught.
    My goodness though--it has all shot-up like mad, the weeds too, I might add.

    We have been blessed with abundant rain. Yes, weeds seem to keep pace with the veggies, but moist soil makes them easier to pull out.
    My morning was spent weeding, after putting Epsom salt around tomato plants.

    You are right about moist soil and pulling weeds.
