A bounty of okra... what now?

    Miss Liberty, my favorite aunt used to slice the okra, place it on a cookie sheet
    in a single layer, quick freeze it and pop it into a freezer bag. She fried up the best okra I ever tasted.

    My okra is small, but growing. Okra likes hot weather.
    I guess we will use okra in soup mostly because we aren't into fried foods often. Still, steamed okra is delicious too.
