Hiya Sjoerd, I'm late to your thread here! Congrats on the lush green grass paths, they look great after all your hard work.
Grass here is just breaking dormancy, not much green or growth at all. All in good time...
I can't wait to see your garden when all the beautiful flowers and veggies are in full swing!

    Hoi Kay, thanks a lot.
Your grass got a bit of a late start this year, didn't it. Well, I hoper that things are beginning to sppd up there for you.
BTW--how is it with your mum's cottage that was so seriously damaged last year? Even more important--how is your mum doing?

Sjoerd, That's so thoughtful of you to inquire after my Mom. She just returned from her winter home in Arizona, and is ready to cause trouble here! HAHA
The cabin in Colorado is a goner, and none of us has been there since October when my sis and I went out to rescue her. It is something that we'll be dealing with in the future. We have to have the cabin torn down, and when finances get straightened out, we'll make a decision on where and what to build. It'll be a long time till things are just relaxing and fun out there.
I get so busy this time of year, that it's difficult to find time to go out there. It's a big ???
We are praying for some rain (maybe tonight and tomorrow) I have started watering my dry landscape, but temps have warmed up and it is looking more like spring finally!! My grass is not yet as pretty and green as your paths!!

Ahh, thanks for answering Kay. I read this answer a few weeks ago and forgot to respond to you. Forgive me.

I see how the situation is with your mum and her cabin. Of course the main thing was her safety. I can well imagine that the financial sit surrounding the future of her property and cabin will take some time to sort out.

Yes, it is a busy time of year here as well. Now we have had a few days of rain and at least I can catch-up with things that I may have missed on here., and the opportunity to write a thread or two.

I hope that your dry landscapes are doing well as well as the rest of yard and garden. Has the weather there had an impact on your business, positively or negatively?

The grass paths here have taken nicely and now require strimming each week. Because of the rain, they have not been strimmed for almost two weeks. Be-jeepers!--They are downright woolly at the moment. Glad to hear that things are basically fine there.
