Toni... I checked at my Lowe's on the way home. Yep... $28 bucks and it's not plastic. That sucker was heavy. Maybe she said "plaster"? Felt more like concrete. And it wasn't as "tall" as I imagined, probably only 8 inches? I still think she did well... actually I think now that I saw the size of the "rock" in person... I think she did exceptionally well creating it to scale. But $28 for a fake rock? Guess I won't have a fairy garden anytime soon.
