    I am really sorry to hear that. You should consider yourself lucky from another point of view because not every day you get your house hit by a meteorite. Still, even if that happens, you shouldn't worry about it because there are many companies in the rooftop repairs field that can offer you help with your roof reparation. Still, in the future, I suggest you better install a metal roof over your house.

    I've bought 2 small Iron meteorites, about £10 each. Then one day a few years ago I was weeding the vegetable patch, I usually throw any stones I come across into the field next door but this one stone felt different....

    Looking a bit closer it turned out to be a stony meteorite that had fractured on entering the atmosphere but then fused back together :cool:

    The one I found is on the right....
