    Oh very interesting . The clover honey has a very distinct taste yumm... Since the neighbors bees use the red clover fields all season. Love bees they have become quite scarce recently. I saw a few today but mostly bumblebees. ‘The butterflies have become quite shy not seen any yet. Usually by June there are many. But this season has been exceptionally cold and rainy. It’s gonna warm up the 3 days so I’m hoping to get pics of some soon.

    I like clover honey as well. In fact, I prefer to use it when making “spun honey” out of my honey. This is because when it chrysalises; clover crystal's are fine, so the consistency is very smooth.
