I would try to, gently, persuade your lovely wife to finish the second picture as it will look stunning with the other staffie and both framed and hanging on a wall. How many Stafforshire Bull Terriers do you have by the way?

I love the vibrant colours of the first of these two paintings. Is there a symbolic meaning behind this one?

Count me in with the others, your wife has a wonderful style. She has really captured your pets personalities. I love the intense colors she has used. Don't loose hope, she may keep you in seed money after all!

All great and wonderful. After what you have all said, new seeds of encouragement were sown. For her birthday I bought her a new easel and this is the result!

I agree with everyone else that your wife has a special style. Her choice of colors is delicious and her style reminds me a little bit of Grandma Moses, though more unique. She should just enjoy doing what she loves and maybe display at festivals or such. The Donkey one is lovely. People would just snap them up.

Ooooh, the donkey one is wonderful. It is very hard for some of us to break away from the 'everything has to be the right color' way of thinking. She does that wonderfully.

You can tell she is gaining confidence in her talent, her colors are becoming more vibrant.

Oh that wonderful painting would certainly brighten up one of my living room walls should your wife ever get tired of it!! ;)
What a very talented woman your wife is and now that she has a new easel we're so glad she's putting it to good use. I hope she's working on another painting so that we can see it soon. :-D

    Two little girls

Hi, this is PGM's wife. My name is Gill and I wanted to say Thank you very much for your comments. Peter thought it was about time I got involved in this forum so I have uploaded another two pictures. I work in different styles as the mood takes me so they can be different. I really appreciate your viewing them and that they seem to be uplifting.I hope you enjoy these.

Hi Gill, how nice to have a posting from you! I have enjoyed your art, now it's nice to "meet" you. I was just thinking about how fun it would be to visit the places in your paintings -- I imagine they would be warm and smell great! I hope you continue to show us your paintings.
