We have a frost warning here too. I have just a few plants in the greenhouse I think I'll bring in the house.
I had a bush on the porch but took them all in. Better safe than sorry.. I always expect frost.. Glad they were not in the ground yet.

Thank you for the warning! I am going to cover up everything in the greenhouse right now. Sure would hate to lose all those seedlings.
We had a frost warning too here...I just can't cover everything ..So I am just hoping things will make it..we can expect this through May to happen here..Sherry
You sound like us. However I havent planted anything .. they are on the porch an under it in containers. I am not hasty here, some time in june we have had frost also.. i thought it might snow yesterday..LOL No frost last nite.. Our forecasters are so goofy,
Hey, Neighbor I didn't know that Daisybeans and I are neighbors! I lost one small hardy fig tree and have noticed a lot of dead branches on another well-established fig. This was the first year I didn't mulch them for the winter. Bummer. Always do your homework, huh. -Rhonda
You folks in Maryland...... We had Killer frost last nite.. Did you? All white here. I had all my plants inside......I was not taking a chance.. b
Hey, B Nope, no frost here (near Baltimore). I'm sick of the rain, though.(As a gardener, I almost NEVER say that!) I'm glad we have begun to get a little sunshine and more warmth. Yes, it's always wise to be watchful of your plants' well-being. Its good you protected them.
It has been an unusal winter and spring. Lost some angel's breath so have holes that will fill in eventually. It has been such a late spring that my peas and beans are just now beginning to poke their heads out of the ground. Cold weather hasn't slowed down the slugs though.
