Bees & Blooms in West Texas

    Isn't there some sort of spray you can apply to fruit blossoms to protect them from freezes & get the fruit to produce?

    Probably cost more than the fruit we get?

    Those are really pretty blooms and hope you get to taste some of that local honey. Good luck on the apricots. It must be nice to walk outside and have a sweet, healthy snack.

    Apricots aren't hardy here, and there's only one peach worth trying. Both of them have beautiful blooms, though! I know that others envy us when our lilacs are in bloom because they won't grow so far south. Right now, I'm in envy of you (we just had another 8" of snow, with lots of wind and drifting going on now).

    I know you're further south, but I thought you'd have a similar climate to us here in northern Wisconsin. I hope you get your snow!

    Hey I been to Wisconson .....Looking at the farm cows.
    And was hoping for some greeen cheese to go with your snow..

    No snow today.......
