I'm going to taste the jam shortly. We've saved it for some proper coarse, fresh Norwegian bread.

Ideally the path would start at my front door and end at the gate of your lottie....but that would take another couple of lifetimes and a whole lot of stepping stones so I guess I will just continue to enjoy the path in my imagination. ;)

Hee hee hee...Toni you are a caution.
Well, it's 2009 and in 1920 who would have thought that computers and the Stew would have been possible.
Stranger things have happened, why Toni--you could just make a start there at your home and see how far you get. ;)

I really hope that you like the jam, Droopy. That fresh Norwegian bread sounds great...I can almost smell it. Hmmmm...I wonder if there is a north-eastern wind blowing outside.
...opening the window a bit wider.....

Just catching up Sjoerd. Your toms look great - did they taste fab also? I don't imagine I have any ripe ones yet thanks to the lack of sunshine, but if this rain keeps up, they will be like footballs!

I am in the process of 'acquiring' phlox for my garden. I have a pink one that I bought for a pound at our local womens institute market, and one of my gardens I work in has a white one and another has a dark pink one so I shall be dividing them in the autumn and taking a little bit. Perk of the job - they are so lovely and yours look amazing Sjoerd.

    Boy EJ, did they evvuh!
I hope that it warms up enough to kick-start yours. Toms are one of my basic crops every year, and one of yours as well.

I'm glad to hear that you are collecting some Phloxes. It's a pity you guys don't live closer, you could have some of mine when I thin them out each year.
