:) Yes.... funny, if sowed deliberately, they do well. Fallen seeds, not really.
I have a few seedlings, but really just a few. But they DO multiply from the root, I think.

Some fresh pics... this is all I could do. VERY HOT day. And I spent most of it weeding.

Wow, beautiful! Somehow I had missed your earlier posting of June 17th. I particularly loved the clematis integrifolia. I have had my eye on it in the catalogs. It looks like a small bush. Is it?

    Lovely daylilies & lilies!

What an awesome variety! Are they all blooming at the same time?

    Thank you!
CM, that Clematis is a small bush, maybe 30-40 cm tall (10-15 inches or something) and it takes about 3-4 years from seed to reach full size. But it's really a nice plant and flower.
CHerylad, yes, most of them. The Asiatic lilies bloomed a bit earlier, they are done. But now I have the Oriental/Orientpet lilies blooming together with the daylilies.

Only a couple of my Asiatics came back and bloomed this year. I planted some Orientals. Most came up. But either died off, gotten eaten by a rabbit. Two are still "up"... but no sign of buds.
I guess I'll keep trying until I get some to take hold.
