wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D :-D :-D You've got so many nice flowers congratulations congratulations congratulations
THANK YOU ALL! Close ups are great, but the overall "picture" needs some more work! My zone...hmm, winter gets freezing -15 - 20 C (-20 is considered really cold, but we've had it this past winter for a few days) and summer gets hot/dry temps of over 30 C. I would say zone 6 to 7? Can't work the F degrees. We use C.
All the plants you are beautiful :-D But the Clematis is very very beautiful :-D :-D is the Clematis integrifolia????? I have small plants from seed, but grew slowly :-| :-|
Thanks Philip! A few fresh ones... This Jack-in-the-Pulpit... in the fall I got some corms from a trader in Canada I think, but only one came up this spring. I find it kinda tiny... not what I expected! Last tulips to bloom are the ones considered "common" A peony... somehow I can never get the real color on the camera This bud is from a volunteer seedling in another area (just love the way buds look!) Volunteer plants - annual Limnanthes douglasii (not looking as great as last year - harsh winter) Some Allium - the heads/flowers got somewhat bigger (but my camera is in service at least 2 weeks!) Second iris to bloom after the "regular" blue/purple one (and of course after the dwarf ones, which are super early) Guess what's blooming up in the tree? This Clematis Miss Bateman (I left some vines to climb all the way up!) MY CAMERA is in service... so... no pics for a while...
I love all your plants :-D :-D observes that the place you live is paradise for Clematis :-D wonderful Arisaema :-D
Some more, as promised! A blue clematis I got from seeds )the only one, all others are bought as plants) A somewhat red one (was supposed to be RED, but I think it's a different one Another new aquisition supposed to be Carnaby and bloomed solid white and finally got a touch of pink so it might actually be what I bought... A volunteer Lupine - somehow managed to grow in my parents veggie garden A patch of Digitalis (somewhere I also saw some white ones, not fully open) These always reseed quite a lot. SO as long as I let some seeds scatter, I will never be without these! Given they are short lived, that's a good thing! The volunteer peony seedling ( with that bud) in the previous post finally opened. It's a real nice RED color. A KEEPER! And two other kinds of peony... bigger bushes, but not that many blooms (I noticed some buds stayed small and finally dried up) Some columbines and a Campanula glomerata And FINALLY... some bugs...
