Ok thanks barb thats the same model they have at the local canadian tire, i'll wait till it goes on sale before buying. i've canned pickles before but first time doing corn. by the way how do the pickled brussel sprouts taste were big fans of sprouts here, and had not heard of pickling them before. finally any tips on canning fruit, mine always seems to rise to the top leaving a load of space. I put the fruit in first then add the hot liquid.
