Thank you so much for taking us to the Chelsea flower show - this was a lovely experience for me. I simply love all the gardens - edible, white, cottage, wild and wonderful; and of course the tele gardeners - I am rather partial to Alan Titchmarsh. Like Eileen says - most of the Stewbies will probably have a word or two (not so kind ones) to Peter Seabrook. THanks for sharing the experience with us.
Thanks so much for sharing these! I love the wild and wonderful garden! Very much like my old garden back in Canada, although mine wasn't wild on purpose, lol. The kitchen garden is divine too! Love the idea with the colanders! I think I'll have to check out the charity shops!
WOW Emma, what a great selection of photos. I watched it on TV but it was great to see so much more in close up. I also love the stream garden but the plasticine garden left me cold I am afraid. As you say, I bet it put a few noses out of joint in view of all the hard work and patience that goes into growing all the plants to be at their best in time for the show. The glass arrangement was amazing but as you say, difficult to get home in one piece. Good pics of the celebs, especially the one of Joe Swift. Looks like he is posing for you.
That was really nice to look at these photos, and nice of you to take them all and put them up for us. I wouldn't be able to see the Chelsea Flower Show any other way and I have really enjoyed it! Thank you very much. I am about to view them again!
Glad you all enjoyed them so much. It was a lovely day - I can't believe it was last week! I am already wondering if Mark could stand going to another show later in the year.... I will keep you posted.
