Those are so pretty Droopy .I can not crochet.I have tried but I do not have the patience to do it.I do love the jewelry pieces you have made and I hope you try to make a matching purse.

Thank you both. I've got a pearl-studded purse - an heirloom from a great aunt. To crochet a purse sounds like a terribly patience-demanding task, and I'm clear out of patience at the moment.

I'm afraid autumn takes it's toll.

Saffron, the PhotoBucket is down, so the photo will appear once they're done with maintenance.

The pieces are beautiful Droopy. I have actually seen some crochet jewelry in the market - simple bracelets mostly in colorful threads. But complementing them with beads is a terrific idea. I think you should take this a step further. Think of different designs that are elegant and simple and create them. You could sell these for a good price. A very niche product. I once bought a crochet purse and it cost me quite a lot because of the workmanship involved. I would personally love to buy some elegant piece of crochet and bead jewelry. In fact you can experiment with accompaniments other than beads as well. Leather and wood jewelry are pretty in now. Though I don't know how they can be combined with crochet.

Thank you monica, I've got lots of glass beads and was wondering what to do with them. I might try more silver-thread crocheting, perhaps with a thicker thread.
