    Interesting Mushrooms indeed,..the Honey Mushroom i would love to taste though it looked like a Pancake,..and to follow the Stropharia ambigua,..right off i thought of Lemons,..the Hericium abietis,..is beautiful,..Candy Floss,..wish i could stop thinking of food,..keep them coming Kildale.

    I like to find these jelly like fungi. Most are yellow but we have a different colour today Tremella foliacea. This was found on the bark of a living tree.

    We have a nice colorful one today, False chanterelle Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca. It can be found in Europe and is edible though not tasty so the experts say.

    Another attractive fungus. I think I've seen this one (or similar) over here.

    I've eaten the false chanterelle in a mixed mushroom stew, and it was ok but not as good as the real one. :D
