I read the article and it is fascinating--GMO chickens, who would have thought. Thanks Odif for sharing. However, with the current fascination with chicken wings (barbecued, dipped in ranch dressing, and other variations) I don't think that here in the USA we are going to make wings into legs. Personally, I like to save the wings up and use them in stock along with backs and necks.
Odif... the only problem I have with this photo is it seems to be a malformed chicken. the man is holding the chicken by its wings and the "back" legs are actually useless appendages in their appearance .
