    Toni that is great info. I always try and have some good protein for breakfast to get that brain up and working. Eggs or a waffle with peanut butter or almond butter, plus a banana for more brain power. Need all the help I can get. :-D Plus I keep it organic as possible. For lunch I love peanut butter on celery. Oh yummmy makes me hungry just thinking about it. :stew1:
