I'd say it sounds serious enough for you to listen to both your GP and your daddy, and I'm not your mother as far as I know. I'm glad you're going back for MRA, and I hope you'll have regular check-ups too.

They will surely find what is causing the dizziness.I hope it clears up soon.

I had a really bad day Tuesday, feeling light-headed most of the day. I called my Dr's office & they scheduled me for another MRA brain scan. That is set for Monday the 26th. They don't take long, but they sure are expensive!

Wednesday, I had a really good day - no dizziness, or light-headedness at all, just a low-grade headache. I have the same headache today, but I don't think it is necessarily related to what's gone on in my head, could be the medicines, but could also simply be tension/stress. I have a tendency to be tense and stressed, which causes me trouble in the upper back muscularture, leading to headaches up the back of my neck into the lower part of the back of my head. Those generally go away after a few days, or going to the masseuse.

It seems that when one feels poorly, the test or medical attention can not come quickly enough.
I hope you feel better - being lightheaded is a rotten feeling.
