Oh Jewell, that sounds heavenly! I love prosciutto with figs, or what is that other Italian ham....? I can't remember. The pistacio would be a great touch. I love them in salads with some Balsamic vinegar, especially with really tender lettuce. And off the tree, of course. Is it too cold there for figs or not sunny enough? I mean, it looks like you can make anything grow in your garden! I would love any other recipes or ideas for fresh figs!!??
I would love to sit under your trees and eat myself sick.I think you would run out of figs before that happened.I can almost taste my moms fig perserves. I love anyway you could fix them but the perserves had to be the best.
