keep the pot! i only wish we could blog more, cause blogs are not as busy as the forums, but to make less work, maybe not show them as us writting to many in a column, i want to write in it as a journal and somedays i might need to more than others, can you figure a better way with out us looking like we are using it to much, like a big list of all bloggers, than a person has a choice to search out a blogger and read whats new..thanks kat

I agree with Eileen, so many of the other sites have a flower of some kind that this site would just get lost in the shuffle. The first thing to catch my eye when I was searching for a new place to meet "friendly" gardeners, (old site became too clannish and :-x , well you get the idea), was the unique little "pot" on the logo. Then when I got here I was hooked. :-D

That strikes my fancy since I like to use old stew pots as planters.

    I like it Frank!
(But as long as I have the stew to come to, it really doesn't matter what the logo looks like ;) )

Me either Eileen I do love the vine idea and keep the pot .Its is just the way the Stew is a mixture of all things and when I thing of Stew I think a mixture of veggies or a mixture of everything.Isn't that some what ,that we are all about.

That works OK, but to tell the truth, I rarely ever notice things like logos. In fact I never made the connection with the stewpot.

I like it! I like the 'old' one too - I agree that the "stewing" theme should be retained in some fashion.

I like that one. I don't like the idea of changing the Village Square's name.

The funny little pot is what caught my eye when I went looking, too. I like the way you've worked it in on that second one, I was running ideas for stew-veggies in a pot but they all seemed too busy. How 'bout the pot with just one big ol' flower poking out? seems more friendly, and there certainly alot of us who like to use different things for flowerpots!

If I could make a suggestion (don't know if it is possible :-? ) but the old logo with flowers instead of the steam? That way we could keep the pot we all like and still have a change and the holiday grafs can be on the front or back. Just my suggestion.
