If you like it now...just wait until it is at it's peak of blooming...it's like a veritable bonfire in the garden. Well EJ, she has been threatening to cut an armfull of phloxes. She may well do this weekend...in between the harvesting of veg.
Wow! That is a beautiful garden! It must be hard to leave it. Your butterfly bush is gorgeous and HUGE. I thought mine was big - it's about 7 - 8 feet tall. It was at the peak of its bloom around mid May - but did I think to take a picture? NO! Oh well, maybe next year. Thanks for sharing those beautiful photos.
