Killing is to good for them.They should make all thats caught looting go to jail and then daily have to go help clean up N.O.daily until its completed and stay in jail and go out with a work crew if it takes years so be it.
People stealing copper is bad everywhere. The police caught a guy ripping copper down spouts off of a building here last year. The people that owned the house were at work. Last week the cops caught people stealing copper wire off of a reel on a semi truck. There were three spools of it on the truck all brand new wire and the said the spools were worth $15,000 each.
