You're welcome all. I have a lot of fun redesigning and shifting things around when it's called for. However I don't think there will be any radical changes any time soon. The current design has been quite accepted. If it ain't broken don't fix it. In the past I have felt nervous when going live with a new design as I know how attached we can get to the present one. Members have been very accepting and forthcoming with constructive criticism. I remember once when I was redesigning our logo I had an initial draft and I decided to ask for the community's opinion before just going live. The feedback was mostly negative so I started to make changes. I believe we went through 4-5 design iterations before the smiling flowers ( ) were added to the pot. At this point the feedback was positive and it became the new logo. I was so happy that the logo design was a community effort. Remember how I said the forum icons on the home page used to be on the site but then mysteriously disappeared? Have a look at the 2006 version compared to the 2007-2010 version. They vanished during that redesign. I bet they wondered whether they ever would be used again.
