Just looked up the Carterphone decision Toni, I wasn't aware of this. Wikipedia states that the same thing seems to be happening now with Skype and wireless networks.
wow Thanks a lot.... Thanks Frank and Toni.. Now all I have to do is read this column you 2 write to learn each step.........Your my favorite People OK Frank Another question...... My regular server that I get online with.. I must keep in order to get online... Is that correct? What I mean , a person without a internet server cant just hop to gmail without getting on line.. Hope you understand my question thanks so much Frank and Toni. :-D
Re: wow Thanks a lot.... The 'internet server' you mention Barb is known as your ISP (Internet Service Provider). I'm guessing yours is Verizon as you mentioned them in a previous post. You need an ISP to get online, they allow you to connect your computer to the Internet. So no ISP, no Gmail, no GardenStew
ISP Ok Frank...... Now it is making sense ........... Your good at explaining. I must read that other site later. Now I understand. Now Next question.....You can't put photos directly on here Gardenstew, with the gmail can you? I have to work with that one. thanks :-D
Putting pictures on Gardenstew isn't related to your email address. You still have to use a hosting site...photobucket, flickr, etc.
