I'm glad to hear that your BIL has had the surgery done on his eye and that they've managed to repair it. Now I just hope that after the two weeks is up his sight will be back to normal. Let's hope that while he's having to lie flat his arm will have the time to regain it's full movement and strength. Poor man he's been through so much. Give him our love and best wishes.

Strats, i'm so glad that you and your family got to speak to him. Thats a relief in itself. Lets pray the next operation is a success also. I sure hope he is home for good.

Bunkie, my son is a US citizen, and is in the Army. He's serving a 15 month tour right now, and has already been told he will stay for another tour when that one is up. He will get another 20 days leave, but this time he is going to see his sister in the States, then back to Iraq.

I agree with all, i hope this war ends soon.

We're praying for him as well as full restoration of his sight. Do you have any update?
