    Looks like a fun idea. Where would I get the onions? Just at a food store? Can you keep harvesting the greens & will they then re-grow?

    Hey Donna,
    That looks very cool. I'm looking for different things that I can do with my granddaughter. Did you transplant them, outside? Today our science is using purple cabbage for an acid test. I will video her doing it,But then post it for both the upper El (4,5,6 years) and lower El (1st,2nd, 3rd years) at my school. if I'm going to post science once a week (which I plan to do) I need more and this looks perfect, better then growing a bean.
