    I just visualized gemista and a nice tomato and cucumber salad with heaps of feta cheese. :D Your veggie photos make me hungry.

    I learned that we can eat the roots of Jerusalem artichoke ( Helianthus tuberosus ) after many years,, have nice taste :-D
    called sunroot , sunchoke , earth apple or topinambour.

    Carolyn cucumber is hybridized with the name[Cucumber 'Telegraph Improved' ] :-D

    I have wanted to try Jerusalem Artichokes. Wonder how they would do in Texas heat ?
