Home made cottage cheese is also amazing at fixing gut problems. And in my experience, it works better then yogurt.

Only for reading, otherwise I'm fine. And also started sprouting some gray hair too - Or maybe it was time these things started happening with me. As I am one of the last ones from the Generation X production line.

COVID-19 was nothing for me, as it was something I probably had some inbuilt natural resistance too, (as it was Asian in origin after all).

Swine flu (N1H1 & N1H2, I got the 2nd one) I had no resistance against, as it was from North America. Also Pakistan is an islamic country, so there is no commercial activity of pork meat anywhere. So zero contact of mine with any such thing. That's why it got me so hard.

Here, I just found a super easy way to make cottage cheese at home. Which in my opinion is the best way of healing majority of gut problems - You can add anything to it, from sun dried vegetables that I mentioned above, to crushed nuts of all type.

WARNING: People who are lactose intolerant, shouldn't try this... Otherwise it's generally good for everyone.
