    Happy Birthday, TBL!
Were you really blue? Ahh....That's not nice on such a great day. You can look at having another birthday as a sort of fantasy that yoiu didn't have at all. Look at it this way-- How many times were you born? Only one, right-- so actually you only ever have ONE birthday throughout your life. You could brag in all honestly that you are only one year old. :-D (or technically, one day).

I know, I know--you don't have to say it--I have an odd outlook on life. ;)

Anyway...so what else did you do today besides pick up those blankets? Have you added to your garden?...and don't forget--your man owes you for that evenings' entertainment that you had to make happen on short notice. Hold out for a REALLY nice gift this year. chuckle.

Ok then, take care and let us know how it goes there.
A few pics of your garden and the candles would be nice as well.

Thanks everyone! My sister-in-law refuses to have a birthday- she has a birthday week. She takes the whole week off and treats herself. Not a bad idea. I decided I am going to go look for some bulbs to force inside, I keep meaning to do that and hadn't gotten around to it yet. (Good excuse to nose around the nurseries and see what else I can cram into my gardens.) I have to get outside and decide what to do with the rampant basil and oregano and get some of the peppers picked. The weather here is really, really nice. Not the blazing sun and dust of summer- just blue sky and sun. Thanks again, all of you are the best!

TBL... looks like we were almost 'twins'! :D :D

I failed to mention earlier, that I think what you did gathering blankets is a very selfless thing to do. I know they will be appreciated very much. Such a small thing like that for someone that doesn't have much, means the world to them.
