Bip--I have the same problem. Added to that, I don't have enough sun & our critters have been multiplying here for years. Needless to say, I am not very successful with vegies.

Hi V and welcome from Va. I'm quite new to veggie gardening, but thanks to all these great people I've had two really good years. My freezer is full as well as my canning shelves.
Hi V and welcome. We are so glad you found us. Ask away and hopefully one of us will have an answer for you..or maybe even 20 answers, you never know. we will do our best to help though. If you have the means to try tunnel gardening it may be a very effective means to gardening earlier than the climate allows there. I do it and love it.
Welcome to the Stew from the north-western coast of Norway. I'm so glad you found us. I can't do any gardening before April or May either, so we'll just have to suffer together. Hop in and make yourself at home. I'm looking forward to stewing with you.
Hi and welcome from Bolton UK. I've planted broadbeans and garlic this winter. I did plant some last summer and with the weather being hot my veg didn't do well. Only manage to get potatoes that year. If you need any help dont be shy and just ask. Im sure we all will help you out.
