Glenda, who do the peahens belong to? are they the neighbors or freeloaders? if they belong to someone have them get them off your porch or call the sheriff and ask what can be done about them. They are a nuisance of a bird, I understand you not wanting them, destructive and messy! Try putting some fake snakes or an owl out and see if that repels them.
