As for now I'm just trying to keep my herbs growing. haven't really used them for food or soaps. put them outside in my glass greenhouse and some died out. Put the perianial potted herbs out in back of my vege garden.
I love cinnamon basil on my pork chops. I use it dry. I have rosemary, chives, oregano, thyme, and cinnamon basil either indoors or in the garden. I'll be adding the saffron crocuses this fall. I'm looking forward to that.
