Just put his recipe in the Recipes and Cooking forum. We have found the Vital Wheat Gluten at stores that sell Bob's Red Mill products or it's available online. Randy really likes it sliced, toasted with almond butter and jelly....or almond butter and bacon....or butter and jelly. We haven't tried baking it in a regular bread pan, but I had the english muffin rings from years of making english muffins and they worked perfectly.
Thank you! I'll be going to the grocery tomorrow and pick up some of the Wheat Gluten, then try the recipe out over the weekend. Toasted sounds good!
Don't expect the bread to taste like your regular home made types, the Soy changes the taste some and the texture is more dense, like a cross between sour dough and untoasted english muffin.
