Thanks for your bean explanation. I find presentations and judging an extremely interesting topic. It is not at all big over here, but I am nevertheless keen to learn about it. I try not to pay too much attention to your baking entrances and descriptions--the drool would be too embarassing. I might well dehydrate as a result of it.
