How did you choose your username?

My user name is a combination of my actual name and middle initial. Creative huh? My mom says she named me "Tammy" because she liked the "Tammy" movies and that silly song-"Tammy, Tammy, Tammy's in love..." also from the movies. I've been teased about that song quite a few times...

 

My name is Cheryl Ann. Just combined the first name, middle & last initial.
My Dad (an avid fisherman) named me after the tug boat in the old (1954) mini series "Waterfront" that starred Preston Foster. There was also an old tug boat with that name in Anahuac Bay (Texas) they he would pass by when going fishing.
I always gave my parents grief over how they named me... my 5 other siblings were named after saints and grandparents.. and me? A tug boat???!! LOL

 

ash is short for American Shorthair and I guess the cats part is obvious. We had 3 American Shorthair cats before we lost our Jasper, hence the name ashcats03. ashcats is the license plate on one of our vehicles as well.

 

Well mine is pretty dull and a givaway that I am a hummingbird enthusiast LOL

I love hummingbirds so much my license plate incorporates the name!

I picked my name because I lived in the desert and was feeling good about life. I think if I had to pick a name now it would probably be more like A weed gone to seed.

normally i like to choose a user name which nears to my real name.

 

"calinromania" = Calin Romania. my name and where i am from
on most sites i use "fixpix" which is an expression in romanian that would probably mean "the importance of this is ZERO" ... or something like that.
but sure sounds cool.
well... cause i wanted people to know where i am from, i chose this not-so-smart ID name.

 

I had a kitty cat named Tiger. I signed up somewhere that required a user name and every thing was taken. Tiger was even taken...so then I tried TigerCat and that was available. I tried TigerCat some place else and that was taken so once I even had to use TigerCatMeow. LOL

 

I love cats so wanted to incorporate that. And I am blond. So put the two together to get blondcat.

I have been Bluewolf for about 8 years now
my logic in this:

Blue is my favoritist color

and I have indian lineage and the wolf is my soul symbol
hence Bluewolf

But most folks just call me "Wolfie"
