Yea...another one! Good to hear, 2T. It sounds like you have a measured and reasonable approach. Chapeau!
I strictly like the dark chocolate...the purer it is, the better I like it. I am especially fond of the Mexican, Mole Poblano which is made with real and rough cacao. One must acquire a taste for it...but when they do...it is superb. I even use a dash of pure choc when making chili con carne.

Well said Sjoerd!! I am another chocoholic, and I have "self talked" all those reasons to justify a bite of smooth delicious sweet soothing chocolate. It is one of my few vices. I love it. UmmYumm

I like your reasoning and think you're right about all your pro-chocolate-facts. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Be right back, going to raid the pantry.

In my opinion, THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN CHOCOLATE! I have to limit any sweets I eat, but any sweet I eat is Chocolate.

Welcome KAY--I had to really dog deep to find justification...to the point that I just started babbling and and making stuff up. It is a good vice, I find.

Well DROOPY--I think that I would have put the word facts in quotes when you wrote your response. hahaha. Be that as it may...I'm sticking to my list of "facts" too.

Way to go, 2OF. Nothing wrong with limiting. One can win a Medal of Bravery for doing that.

I have been overwhelmed with the supportive and positive response here. Thank you all, thus far.
Perhaps there are more timid folks that harbour the "chocolate drive", we shall see.

Oh I have finally found my People! I have a cache of chocolate bars, all different types, all low sugar, all delicious! I go for the kinds that are ,80-90% chocolate....so so good. I have a collection in my pantry at home, in both offices at work, I think I probably have a half bar in my briefcase! Just a small square seems to do me... after lunch & dinner. Good for memory, good for mood, good for health right? Ahhh!

Yeah...I see that I am not alone too.
As for the choccy--well, the darker the better for me. I like that little tinge of bitterness...and then along with sea-salt. Gadzooks--that gets my buds going!

That piccy almost makes my mouth water. hahaha.
I can remember when I was working over there, I went to a hamburger chain called, "Wendy's" and had a milkshake. Oh dear me--that was the best thing that I have ever had, I thought then. It was chocolatey and was so thick that I would have to wait a bit for it to become soft enough to get up through the straw. The burgers on a Kaiser roll was pretty scrummy as well.

I LOVE chocolate and also love to eat it cold so it gives a move melt in your mouth taste but if I have it in the house it'll be gone. The darn stuff talks! I can hear it in the living room, hear it when I'm watching TV, hear it when I'm in the shower and sometimes the pestering stuff even wakes me up from a sound sleep! What to do what to do when it calls............???
