Identify Very Large Seed From A Seedpod

    It's doing exactly what it's meant to do before putting out roots. EXCEPT GIGANTIC.........

    So after being nicely nudged I went out to the greenhouse and checked on the big seed pods. They are doing well.

    This one is the one I kept in the house longer that began to sprout.

    This one is the one I planted like I was told to. Very early on in my little test.

    WOW Barb they really have come on haven't they? Maybe, once we see a true set of leaves, someone will be able to positively ID it for you. :fingerscrossed:

    Yes this whole procedure is very slow going....but it's looking good today....

    It's just the beginning of a vine with tendrils...can't see this will be a tree......

    It took over 2 weeks and now I have some real leaves. This picture is the one that I soaked. The one I soaked for a day and them planted is very very far behind.

    Wow, just wait till you see what it has done... I can't even tell where it is going. I will take pics when I go out to the chickens in a little while and show you. I think it is more of a vine than a tree..

    I have a hard time getting a picture. This is the best I can do.

    My greenhouse is so full in fall and winter that everything grows together.
