    I have begun harvesting the last type of potato that we grew this year. It is called, “Pink Fir”. Here they are coming out of the ground. My Bride counted 42 useable ones.

    These knobbly Pink Firs are delicious little waxy salad potatoes. They have been combines with “Charlotte” to create a spud known as “Harlequin” (or as we call them, ‘Roze Kointjes’). 65414EF7-73C3-4D36-8C0F-215B6807C6EE.jpeg


    The other two are the “Jazzy” and the “Teufelshörnschen”.

    We are having a good pieper year.
