    I come when I get the chance to see my daughter and grandsons.I hate snow and cold and winter too.

    Snow is one thing, but how do you know when the last "killing frost" is? I've never planted seeds for gardens before and this year we have a few packs, but we don't really know when to gauge the last killing frost. We don't even know how severe a killing frost is compared to a regular frost.

    Consult your local nursery. I bet your last freeze is coming up. Of course, you could start your seeds in little pots indoors.
