    Palm Tree, I know exactly what you mean, that's why we don't decorate outside either.

    Capt. I really like how your home looks with the deck decorated....but then I like how your home looks without the deck decorated too. :stew2:

    One problem is that the house sets on a hill. When you take a pic of it, it looks so barren. You can't see any trees in the back. And with no leaves on the trees it looks even more desolute. I sure do miss the pine trees that we had when we lived in Va., Maine, and Florida. They gave some color even in the winter. No snow here yet, other than some flurries. But they say we will get some tonight and Wed. They have us in a snow advisory starting at 7 pm tonight. But they are only saying 1 to 3 inches total.
