    Re: good for yours

Toni ~ I wish you better luck than we've had with our bat house.
We mounted it according to instructions for height and location,
but  the bats never moved in,
instead, we have a colony of anole lizards inhabiting it. :D :D :D
Oh well, ;) they eat bugs, too.[/quote]
    -------------------------------
We already have the Mediterranean geckos by the dozens around the house....and inside if we aren't careful. They certainly get their fill of bugs too, we always see nice fat ones out under the light on the front of the house.

There have been bats in our neighborhood for years, I hope none of our neighbors thought they were black chickens and had them for dinner. so I am hoping at least one will find a new home in our yard.
Everyonce in a while I have seen one flying around when we have been sitting out in the back yard after dark.

Your flowers are just gorgeous. I like the blue ginger, I'm going to try and look for that one here.

Yes I do Zuzu, that gnome has just taken up residence in my profile picture spot and I don't think he's going anywhere soon ;)

Really enjoyed your photos Zuzu, you must tell us the tale (if there is one?) of the possum sometime.

    Lovely piccies Zuzu.

Your bird of paradise is to die for. It is stunning. :stew1: :stew1:

I actually struggle a but with mine. Maybe because mine is still very new (I only planted them about 7 months ago) I cannot wait for it to bloom.

That Ginger is beautiful. (Gosh I wish for so many things and I already see my wishlist growing yet again just by looking at your pictures. Note to the self - I will have to stay level-headed and make a wise decision for my garden changes for next year.)
Thanks for sharing those wonderful blooms with us.
